Yes. We have a number of loan cars available for our customers, completely free of charge, so your routine isn’t disrupted while your vehicle is being repaired. Just mention you’d like one when you book.
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all major New Zealand insurers, including AMI, AA, State, Tower, FMG, IAG, Vero and Zurich. We can help guide your claim through and make the process as smooth as possible.
Should I claim on my insurance or pay privately?
It depends on the repair cost versus your excess and any impact on your premium. Bring the car in or give us a call — Dean will give you an honest assessment of both options before you decide. There’s no obligation.
How much will my repair cost?
Every job is different, so we provide free, no-obligation quotes. We’re known for honest, fair pricing — you’ll know the cost and the timeframe up front, before any work begins.
Can you match my car’s paint colour?
Yes. We use advanced colour matching technology and premium paints, so touch-ups, spot repairs and full repaints all blend seamlessly with your vehicle’s original finish.
Where are you and when are you open?
You’ll find us at 60 Vagues Road, Papanui, Christchurch — up the long drive on the left. We’re open Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm. Ask for Dean!
