This website does not include online forms or accounts, and we do not collect personal information through it automatically beyond standard web-server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and maintenance.
When you contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, contact details and information about your vehicle — so we can provide a quote and carry out repairs.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To carry out vehicle repairs and related services.
- To process insurance claims with your insurer, where applicable.
Sharing your information
We only share your information where necessary to complete your repair — for example, with your insurance company or a parts supplier. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a Google Map on the contact page. These services may receive your IP address. Please see Google's privacy policy for details.
